My Story
I was born in 1993, in the heart of the Italian Alps, where movement, nature, and adventure have always been part of who I am.
Growing up in a place both wild and remote taught me freedom, curiosity, and the need to keep exploring.
I tried many sports — from dance to mountain biking — but running was the only one that truly made me feel alive.
Especially trail running: the sound of my footsteps on the ground, the clean air in my lungs, and that quiet certainty of being exactly where I was meant to be.
At 18, running became much more than a sport. It helped me find balance, inner strength, and self-trust while overcoming an eating disorder.
It became my safe place.
A year later, almost on impulse, I ran my first marathon in Turin.
Crossing that finish line changed everything: since then, running has been my companion, my anchor, and my compass.
And it still is, to this day.
Road to Running Coach
Since my teenage years, my friends have always seen me as the one who “knew what to do” when it came to wellbeing, balance, and running.
Even though my career began elsewhere — with degrees in languages, communication, and marketing, and various roles in international companies — I always knew my place was somewhere else: closer to people, through movement.
In 2023, I decided to follow that voice that had been whispering to me for years. I left the corporate world to fully embrace my mission: helping people feel strong, grounded, and at home in their bodies.
In March 2024, I became a certified Running Coach, specializing in Endurance Training at the Academy of Sports.
Today, coaching and guiding runners isn’t just what I do — it’s my way of giving back to people everything that movement has given to me.

My Feel Your Run™ Method
Feel Your Run™ is my holistic coaching method, born from over 15 years of running, study, and deep body awareness.
It’s an approach that blends mindful running, functional strength, mobility, stretching, and mental presence — because running well isn’t just about speed, it’s about alignment with what you do and how you feel.
I believe a resilient runner is built through balance — mind and body working together, guided by a personalized, thoughtful training plan.
Feel Your Run™ doesn’t promise miracles or quick results, but an authentic, long-term relationship with running.
Data and metrics have their place, but wellbeing always comes first.
Running should help you grow, strengthen, and bring joy — not burn you out.
