Start by filling out the onboarding formhere (please click here for the Italian form / activate the Italian version of the website). It includes questions that will help me understand your current situation so I can be fully prepared for our introductory call. Take your time to complete it carefully – the more detailed your answers, the better I can tailor our coaching journey together.

2. ๐Ÿ“ž Intro Call

Once youโ€™ve completed your onboarding form, I’ll take to schedule a call together. It will be a relaxed chat to get to know each other and go through the information you provided in the form in more detail. During this call, Iโ€™ll also answer any questions you have about how my coaching works, and together weโ€™ll find out what works best for you.

3. ๐Ÿ’ณ Payment

Once weโ€™ve completed steps 1 and 2, itโ€™s time to confirm payment for the coaching package of your choice โ€” Iโ€™ll take care of sending you all the necessary details.

Once payment is secured, youโ€™ll start receiving your first training plans.

1. What does your run coaching consist of?

My run coaching is built around personalized training plans, delivered directly to you via app. Each plan is carefully tailored to your feedback, current fitness level, goals, and individual needs.

Depending on the package you choose, a set number of weekly check-ins (Monday to Friday, excluding race weekends) are included to ensure your training progresses as effectively as possible.

I am always available during working hours & days to answer any questions or clarify any aspect of your assigned workouts.

2. Who is your coaching for?

My coaching services are designed for both beginners and experienced amateur runners who want to reach new goals through a holistic, mindful approach.

I provide guidance in running and athletic preparation across a range of distances – from 5K to marathon – including both road and trail running.

! Areas I donโ€™t offer support in include track & field, triathlon, sprinting, ultramarathons, and cross-country.

My online run coaching offers several benefits, including flexibility, a smooth process and feedback system, safe guidance, and a holistic approach to movement taking into account your overall well-being.

Payment for my coaching services can be made on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis, depending on the package you choose.

Your coaching program will begin as soon as payment is received, or on your preferred start date.

Flexibility and honesty are keys to my coaching: you have the freedom to pause, stop, or resume whenever you need to. Simply reach out to me directly and I’ll take care of your request.

8. Can I gift your coaching to a third person?

9. What is important for me to know before starting coaching?

It is important to clarify that I am not a medical doctor, physiotherapist, or nutritionist.

My commitment is always to guide you in a way that minimizes the risk of injury or physical issues.
