1. 📋 Onboarding Form

Start by filling out the onboarding form here (please click here for the Italian form / activate the Italian version of the website.). It includes questions that will help me understand your current situation so I can be fully prepared for our introductory call. Take your time to complete it carefully—the more detailed your answers, the better I can tailor our coaching journey together.

2. 📞 Intro Call

Once you’ve completed your onboarding form, I’ll take to schedule a call together. It will be a relaxed chat to get to know each other and go through the information you provided in the form in more detail. During this call, I’ll also answer any questions you have about how my coaching works, and together we’ll find out what works best for you.

3. 💳 Payment

Once you’ve completed steps 1 & 2, it’s time to secure the payment for the coaching package of your choice. Once the payment is received, our journey officially begins, and I’ll send you your first training plans right away.

In-Person Run Coaching (in Berlin 📍)

SINGLE SESSION PRICING: 120€

HOURLY PACKAGES:

  • 3 hours at €320 instead of €360 (you save 40€)
  • 5 hours at €535 instead of €600 (you save 65€)
  • 8 hours at €850 instead of €960 (you save 110€)

1. What does your run coaching consist of?

My run coaching is built around personalized training plans, delivered directly to your smartphone. Each plan is carefully tailored to your feedback, current fitness level, goals, and individual needs.

Depending on the package you choose, a set number of weekly check-ins (Monday to Friday, excluding race weekends) are included to ensure your training progresses as effectively as possible.

I am always available during working hours to answer any questions or clarify any aspect of your assigned workouts.

2. Who is your coaching for?

My coaching services are perfect for beginners, including those who arecompletely new to running, as well as more experienced amateur runners who wish to conquer new goals and need a 100% committed coach.

I offer guidance on running and athletic preparation for various distances, rangingfrom 5km to marathon, including both road and trail running.

3.What are the advantages of your run coaching?

My online run coaching offers several benefits, including flexibility, a smooth process and feedback system, safe guidance, and a holistic approach to movement taking into account your overall well-being.

4. How can we start?

5. How often will I communicate with you?

The frequency of communications regarding training feedback or additional advice will vary depending on the package of your choice.

6. How does payment for the coaching service work?

Payment for my coaching services can be made in monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual installments, depending on the package you choose. Your coaching program will begin as soon as the payment is received. All necessary bank transfer details will be provided when the invoice is issued.

7. Can I pause the coaching, if necessary?

Flexibility and honesty are keys to my coaching: you have the freedom to pause, stop, or resume whenever you want, once your latest paid month ends. Simply reach out to me directly and I’ll take care of it.

8. Can I gift your coaching to a third person?

Of course! Please contact me directly to get your gift card.

9. What is important for me to know before starting coaching?

It is important to clarify that I am not a medical doctor, physiotherapist, or nutritionist.

My commitment is always to guide you in a way that minimizes the risk of injury or physical issues. However, I cannot assume any responsibility in the event of an injury.
